Visual identity for the exhibition Sara and Freedom at Perspektivet Museum.

Sara Fabricius (1880-1974), better known by her pen name Cora Sandel, is a Norwegian painter and writer. As a young adult, Fabricius lived in the same building that is now home to Perspektivet Museum in Tromsø.

In 2020 the museum opened the first of a three part exhibition on Fabricius’ life and work. The poster design plays with the idea of being free versus bound, and the palette is inspired by Fabricius’ paintings.
