Gruppebilde Bergen

Illustrations for an invitation to artist Toril Johannessen’s art project Gruppebilde Bergen.

Renowned Norwegian artist Toril Johannessen asked for an illustration of a group that was diverse, yet anonymous. The illustration is being used to invite the residents of Bergen to submit a portrait of themselves. Based on submitted portrait photos Toril Johannessen will create a comprehensive group image. The final image will become two large tapestries for Bergen City Hall.
